Custom roles and section-by-section permissions mean an employee sees what they need for their job — and nothing they don't. Two-factor authentication is available on every account, admin or not.
An Admin has full access, including the employee-management area — that one stays locked to Admin no matter how a custom role is configured, so a delegated permission can never be used to create another admin account. Beyond that, access to directories, setup, finance, clients, projects, and deals is delegable per role, split into view and edit rights section by section.
Departments and positions organize the team itself, so a growing company doesn't outgrow a flat list of names — and every account, employee or admin, can turn on email two-factor authentication independently.
The interface itself adapts too: each person picks their own display language and one of over a dozen built-in color themes — a personal preference stored per account, not something an admin configures for everyone. Swap in your own logo and product name from Setup, and the whole workspace carries your brand instead of ours.
