Open Platform
Your data, your server, your rules
WTM is free, open-source software under the AGPL-3.0 license. There's no vendor lock-in, no per-seat pricing, and no third party holding your business data — you run it on your own infrastructure, and you can read, modify, or extend every line of it.
WTM is built on a plain, well-documented stack — Next.js, TypeScript, and SQLite — with nothing exotic standing between you and the code. Deployment is scripted end to end, either as a bare Node process behind systemd or as a rootless Podman container, both with the same one-command update flow: clone, build, migrate, smoke-test, and swap in the new release automatically.
Because it's AGPL-3.0, any modified version you run — including as a hosted service for others — has to make its source available too. That's a deliberate choice: it keeps the project and everything built on top of it open, not just the version you happen to download today.
What "open platform" actually means here
AGPL-3.0 licensed
Free to run, modify, and extend — including as a hosted service, as long as your modifications stay open too.
Self-hosted, always
Runs entirely on your own server. There's no cloud backend WTM talks to behind the scenes — your data stays where you put it.
Scripted deployment
One-command deploy and update, bare-metal or Podman, with automatic health checks and rollback if something breaks.
Built to be extended
A conventional Next.js + TypeScript codebase — no proprietary framework to learn before you can customize it.
Import & export, always
Clients, contacts, deals, invoices, and tasks all support Excel import and export — bring an existing spreadsheet in, or take your data out, any time.
Read the code. Run your own copy.
WTM is free and open source under AGPL-3.0 — the whole point is that you don't have to take our word for it.
