Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data on this website — not the WTM software, which never touches our servers.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the website at workflowteammanager.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "Twój StartUp", ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000442857 (the "Data Controller", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@fireweb.dev.
This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover the WTM application itself: WTM is free, open-source software (AGPL-3.0) that you self-host on your own server. Once installed, the data you put into it stays on your own infrastructure — we never receive it, host it, or process it, and this policy has nothing to do with it.
2. What data we collect
The Site doesn't have user accounts, and it doesn't run any forms that submit data to our servers — the "Email us" links throughout the Site open your own email client and send a message directly to us, the same as writing to us any other way.
As a result, the only data we process is:
- Standard access logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps, generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security and operation purposes.
- Cookies — see our Cookies Policy for details. Anything beyond strictly necessary cookies only runs after you give consent.
- The content of any email you send us — for example if you write to us about services, we process what you send in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
3. Why we process this data, and on what basis
- Operating and securing the Site — access logs, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Site running and safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Responding to your enquiries — the content of emails you send us, based on your consent to contact us and, if it leads to an engagement, the performance of that agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — only ever with your explicit consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We use a hosting provider to run the Site, acting as our data processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated profiling.
5. International transfers
If any of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Access logs are kept for as long as needed for security and operational purposes, and are then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the duration required by our contractual and legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of processing;
- request a portable copy of your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@fireweb.dev.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the Site's functionality changes. The date below shows when it was last revised.
