See how we can helpWTM ships with two fully scripted deployment paths, and the same one-command update flow either way: clone a fresh release, build it, run migrations, smoke-test it on a throwaway port, and only then switch it live — automatically rolling back if the health check fails.
- Bare metal - a plain Node process managed by systemd. Needs a Debian/Ubuntu server and root access for the one-time setup.
- Rootless Podman - runs as an unprivileged container, no root required at all, for servers where you only have a regular account.
Both are documented step by step in the repository's deploy/ folder, including how to point a real domain at it with automatic HTTPS.
git clone https://git.fireweb.dev/MXTRSKi/WTM.git
cd WTM/deploy
# One-time server setup (as root)
sudo bash bootstrap.sh
# Deploy - same command for the first run and every later update
sudo -u crm bash deploy.shWhat you get out of the box
Automatic HTTPS
Point a real domain at it and Caddy handles Let's Encrypt certificates and renewal automatically - no manual cert management.
Zero-downtime updates
Every deploy builds and health-checks the new release before switching it live - the old one keeps running until the new one proves it works.
Automatic rollback
If a deploy's post-switch health check fails, it automatically flips back to the previous working release and restarts it.
Scheduled backups
Database backups run automatically before every deploy, plus whatever schedule you configure for ongoing protection.
