Legal
Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern use of this website — separate from the AGPL-3.0 license covering the WTM software itself.
1. Who operates this site
The website at workflowteammanager.com (the "Site") is operated by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "Twój StartUp", ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000442857 ("we", "us", the "Operator"). You can reach us at info@fireweb.dev.
2. What these terms cover
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site — an informational and marketing website about the WTM Workflow Team Manager software. They do not cover the WTM software itself, which is separately licensed to you under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) the moment you download and self-host it. Your use of the software is governed entirely by that license, not by these Terms.
Browsing the Site does not require registration or an account, and the Site does not sell any goods or process any payments.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to attempt unauthorised access to it, disrupt its operation, scrape it abusively, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
The WTM software's source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0, as described above — that license, not these Terms, governs what you can do with the code.
The Site's own content — its text, design, and branding, separate from the software's source code — belongs to the Operator and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except where a specific part of the Site (such as the software's license text) says otherwise.
5. Paid services
The Site describes optional paid services — installation, training, support, custom development, integrations, and customization — on the Services page. These services are not purchased or ordered through the Site itself. Each engagement is discussed and scoped individually by email, and is governed by the specific agreement reached for that engagement, not by these Terms.
6. No warranty
We try to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including as to completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Polish or EU consumer protection law.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources, including its source code repository. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last revised.
