Every major list — clients, contacts, deals, invoices, tasks — supports Excel import with column mapping and export, any time. Switching to WTM never means re-typing a spreadsheet by hand.
Importing a spreadsheet walks through picking the sheet, mapping its columns to WTM's fields, and previewing rows before anything is written — so a messy export from another system can still be brought in cleanly.
Export works the same way in reverse: any filtered list can be sent back out to Excel, which means WTM never becomes a one-way door for your data, whether you're migrating in or just need a report offline.
