Build roles beyond Admin and Employee
Add a role with a name and a permission matrix — view and edit rights set independently for Directories, Settings, Finance, Organizations, Projects, Deals, and more, plus visibility toggles for other employees' timeline, tasks, and events.
A 'view only' preset gives a fast starting point for read-access roles, then individual checkboxes refine it from there. Permission changes take effect the next time the employee signs in, so an existing session isn't yanked mid-task.
The built-in Employee role is a system role and can't be deleted, giving every workspace a safe default even before any custom roles are defined.
