Write an instruction once, in a rich-text editor with images and attachments, and target it at everyone, a department, or a position — with a direct notification so it doesn't get lost.
Instructions live under Employees → Instructions, with the same rich-text editor used elsewhere in the app: formatting, tables, colors, embedded images, and file attachments. Each one can be scoped to the whole company, a specific department, or a specific position, and toggled between draft and published.
Every instruction is stored per content language, so a translated version is picked up automatically for the reader's own interface language — and any instruction can be exported to PDF for printing, onboarding packets, or an offline copy.
