Built for your workflow, not the closest built-in approximation
New modules, fields, or entire workflows, written into the same codebase you already run — not a bolt-on plugin that breaks on the next update.
WTM is a conventional Next.js application, so custom work means real application code, written the same way the rest of the app is — not a fragile plugin sandbox or a workaround bolted on top. It's built against your actual data and workflow, not a demo environment.
Because WTM is AGPL-3.0, the result is still yours: the same license, the same self-hosted instance, no separate contract needed to keep using what we built.
Integrations we can build
Banking & payments
Bank feeds and payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal — transactions and payouts matched to invoices automatically.
Accounting & ERP
QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, SAP, NetSuite, or your own system — invoices, expenses, and chart of accounts kept in sync.
Marketplaces & e-commerce
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy — new orders become a deal or invoice automatically, no manual entry.
Shipping & logistics
Carrier APIs like DHL, UPS, or FedEx — tracking numbers and delivery status pulled straight into the client or deal record.
Team chat
Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp Business — task and deal notifications where your team already talks.
Calendars & scheduling
Google Calendar, Outlook, or a booking tool — two-way sync for events, meetings, and deadlines.
Telephony
Click-to-call, call recording, and logging tied directly to your call scripts and client records.
Documents & e-signature
DocuSign, PandaDoc, Adobe Sign — generate and send contracts straight from a deal, signed status synced back.
Cloud storage
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive — files attached to a client or project stay in sync both ways.
Single sign-on
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 login — your team signs in with the account they already have.
Analytics & BI
Push WTM's data into Google Analytics, Power BI, or Looker Studio for reporting beyond what's built in.
Anything with an API
If a system exposes an API or webhooks — including your own internal tools — we can very likely connect it.
Automations we can build
Document generation
Auto-generate contracts, proposals, or invoices from deal and client data — no manual copy-paste into a template.
Inbound intake automation
A web form submission, inbound email, or marketplace order becomes a client or deal automatically — nothing waits in someone's inbox.
AI document extraction
Pull structured data out of uploaded PDFs — invoices, purchase orders, contracts — straight into WTM records instead of retyping them.
Custom reporting & scheduled digests
Purpose-built reports and dashboards beyond the defaults, delivered automatically to whoever needs them, on whatever schedule.
Automated status & escalation rules
Custom triggers — auto-flag stalled deals, escalate overdue tasks, notify the right person when something needs attention.
Bespoke internal tools
A small internal tool that doesn't exist yet — an equipment tracker, a booking calendar, a custom approval workflow — built as a new module inside WTM.
Ways we can adapt the app
Manufacturing
Production order tracking tied to deals, plus an equipment and asset registry.
Real estate
Property listings with a built-in viewing scheduler.
Logistics
Shipment tracking and a fleet or vehicle registry.
Agencies & consultancies
Retainer billing and profitability tracked per client.
None of this is an exhaustive list — for integrations, automations, or industries. If you've got something else in mind that would genuinely help your business, we're happy to talk about it, whether it fits neatly into these categories or not.
What you get
Code that fits, not a workaround
Written the same way the rest of WTM is — maintainable, not a hack.
You own the result
Same AGPL-3.0 license — it's your code, on your instance.
Fixed-scope delivery
A defined spec agreed before work starts, so scope doesn't drift.
Tested against your real data
Verified against your actual workflow, not just a demo environment.
How it works
